I have the right to refuse any commissioner. If you are impolite or make an obscene request, I will not want to work with you, and I may blacklist you. Please remember that I will draw pretty much anything except offensive content and NSFW (including both nudity and gore).

We will discuss the details of the commission together. The more references / specifics you can provide, the better. It is helpful to have an idea of the pose and expression you want your characters to have and preferably have some reference material of the desired poses/expressions in addition to references of your character. If you cannot provide many references, understand that you may not get exactly what you have pictured in your head.

The price of the commission may increase based on the complexity - the prices listed on my commission sheet are minimums. Things like complex machinery in a robotic character, or props/held items such as weapons or musical instruments, will incur an additional small cost.

Payment must be made 100% upfront. If I must cancel an in-progress commission, or you ask for the commission to be cancelled, I will send over whatever I have and refund an appropriate amount of funds based on the level of completion. The following is an approximation of refund amounts. Sketch completed: 75% refund. Lineart or Base Colours completed: 50% refund. Partial Rendering completed: 25% refund. Full Rendering completed: No refund.

I will accept payment only through PayPal. Do not ask me for an alternative payment method. Please remember that my prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

My turnaround time is roughly one week for a single full-body character. This timeline may be quite different if you have a smaller or larger request, if I have other commissions to complete first, or if my personal life becomes more demanding. When you discuss your commission with me, I will provide a more accurate estimate for the timeline of the commission.

I will provide work-in-progress images at each stage (sketch, lineart, base colours, rendering). You are free to request non-major tweaks at these stages. For instance, you could ask me to adjust the poses/expressions during the sketch phase, to move characters or add small details in the lineart phase, or to adjust the colours during the colouring/rendering phase. Asking to change the poses/expressions/etc. after the lineart/base colouring is finished would become a major change that I would not accept.

Please understand that I am a student and have other responsibilities in my life than just art. Repeatedly bothering me for updates beyond what is reasonable may result in me cancelling your commission and refunding you for the unfinished work. Please message me for updates once every three days at most.

Upon receiving the completed illustration, you may use it as a display in your profile, for a character reference, etc. If you display my work publicly, please credit me in your post/bio by listing my Discord username (fuwafuwapankeki) and linking to this Carrd web page. (If you're pressed for space, just the Carrd link is fine.)

Do NOT trace over my work, sell my work, erase my signature, or claim that you created the illustration. Do not use my work in any advertising that you intend to profit from; I do not do commercial work. Do not feed my work into a generative AI training algorithm, or turn it into an NFT.

It is okay to put your completed commission into a simple edit like a collage or a filter so long as my signature is intact, and you credit me as the original creator of the illustration. It is okay to print my art onto anything you'd like for personal use only (ex. shirts, stickers).

Unless you indicate the commission is private, I will share the work online and may use it in future portfolios as a reference image.
